President
Ken Grumski has a wide variety of Federal decontamination and decommissioning (D&D) waste management expertise in rail and truck logistics, radioactive waste disposal, container design, container manufacturing, radioactive waste processing, hazardous waste management, and transportation of hazardous materials. He has been involved in developing and approving waste management plans for field programs associated with sediment, soil, surface water, building decommissioning, and groundwater investigations; and has analyzed remedial alternatives for applicability, effectiveness, risk, implementation, cost, and scheduling, all to identify the best transportation and disposal options for site remediation.
Director of Business Development
With nearly 15 years of experience serving the commercial nuclear industry under a formal 10CFR50 Appendix B/NQA-1 program, Mike Miller has established his role as a reliable business developer and project manager for utility project support and tier II operational equipment services. His ranged skill set includes work with ISFSI/DFS support equipment; BOP equipment maintenance; reactor services equipment; large component packaging and processing; outage support services; safety-related and non-safetyrelated rotating equipment; radioactive materials processing; decontamination; transportation and logistics; and Class A, B, and C LLRW waste processing and disposal.
Vice President Radiological Services
Mr. Ken Gavlik serves as Vice President of Radiological Services at NAC Philotechnics. He is a US Navy Nuclear Power Program veteran and former fast attack submariner. Mr. Gavlik holds a Bachelor of Science with concentrations in Nuclear Engineering Technology and Radiation Protection, as well as an MBA. With nearly thirty years of hands-on experience in radiation protection, radiological remediation, and decommissioning, he has planned and managed more than 110 radiological services projects for commercial, academic, and governmental clients over the past decade.
Vice President Waste Management Services
Mrs. Meghan Turvey brings more than 15 years of specialized experience in low level radioactive and mixed waste brokerage to her role at NAC Philotechnics, where she has been a member of the team since 2006. She oversees multiple commercial business units, including a nationwide full service radioactive and mixed waste management program and two licensed facilities.
Vice President, Logistics and Packaging Operations
Wes Stout holds a Bachelor of Science and is a veteran of the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power Program. He has 30-plus years of experience as a radiological Health Physicist and Project Manager with experience in radiological D&D, industrial safety, and waste management. He is the Radiological Engineering lead for characterization of waste streams, identification of viable treatment and disposal alternatives, as well as Federal client health physics and waste management technical support.
Director of Environmental Health and Safety
Mr. John Caudle is a U.S. Navy Nuclear Power Program veteran and holds a Bachelor of Science in Safety Engineering. He brings more than 20 years of experience in safety engineering across government nuclear facilities and commercial radiological operations.
Senior Waste Engineering Manager
Michael Otlowski has over 25 years of experience in health physics, radiological controls, radioactive waste management, and radioactive/hazardous materials characterization and shipping. Mike’s skill set includes project management/technical support for facility projects and small-scale D&D process engineering. His responsibilities have included the supervision of waste management staff and radioactive materials shipping personnel, material tracking, package and waste classification calculations, waste profiling, characterization, and modeling.
Nuclear Services Manager
With more than 30 years’ experience working in support of the Nuclear Industry, Ken Docchio’s primary duties included business development, logistics, and project management. Ken maintained and grew his customer base across all business lines including decontamination, waste processing, packaging, transload, and client access to licensed workspace. Ken was the primary point of contact for work related to Nuclear Safety-Related coatings processes. He has been responsible for commercial and federal market awareness, industry trends, and tracking a sustainable corporate market strategy.
